Hi, I’m Dvora Citron—Registered Nurse, National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Grandmother.

After decades of caring for others as a hospital and school nurse, I hit a turning point. Post-surgery recovery, hormonal changes, and the everyday demands of life had left me inflamed, fatigued, and disconnected from the vibrant woman I used to be.

I didn’t want to just age. I wanted to thrive.

So I pivoted. I dove into nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and longevity science. I radically transformed my health through plant-based living and lifestyle medicine. My joints stopped aching. I had energy again. For the first time in years, I felt sexy, strong, and sure of myself.
